HUNAN, China — July 21, 2026 — Joysun New Energy Co., Ltd. today officially launched its “2026 Intermediate Battery Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program” at its flagship manufacturing base. Developed in partnership with the Local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, this one-year technical training initiative will upskill 100 key frontline technical employees across Joysun’s manufacturing operations.

The 450-hour comprehensive curriculum seamlessly blends expert-led theoretical knowledge (135 hours) with intensive, hands-on workshop training (315 hours). Designed in alignment with international battery manufacturing standards, the program enables continuous skill enhancement without interrupting active production.

The program focuses on four core operational pillars:

· ▶Industrial & EHS Safety: Reinforcing strict battery production safety protocols, cleanroom management, and environmental compliance.
