Joysun Achieves Mass Production Milestone: First Batch of 600Wh/kg Anode-free Batteries Officially Delivered

We are thrilled to announce a landmark breakthrough in Joysun’s mass production roadmap: the first batch of our 600Wh/kg anode-free series batteries has been officially produced and delivered.

This delivery marks a critical step forward in the commercialization of next-generation high-energy-density battery technology. Compared with conventional lithium-ion batteries, our anode-free solution eliminates traditional anode active materials, maximizing energy density while simplifying cell structure and reducing material costs. For range- and weight-sensitive applications including eVTOLs and long-endurance UAVs, this represents a truly disruptive upgrade.

This achievement is the result of close cross-departmental collaboration between our R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain teams. To celebrate this hard-won milestone, all related departments held a small commemorative ceremony after delivery, raising a toast to the new starting point of Joysun’s anode-free product line.
